Rethinking Healthcare Supply Chains

Most digital health platforms treat medicine delivery like any other e-commerce order: add to cart, pay, ship, done. We didn't want to build that.

Medicine isn't a grocery item. It carries risks that a bag of rice or a pair of headphones doesn't: expiry, prescription eligibility, controlled dispensing, and the possibility of a recall. A supply chain built for speed alone isn't good enough for healthcare. We're building ours around safety and traceability first.

Every product goes through eligibility rules

Before anything is listed for sale, it's classified: prescription, non-prescription, wellness, or device. Each category carries its own rules for who can buy it and how. Nothing is sold as if it were interchangeable with anything else.

Prescriptions are linked, not just referenced

When an order includes a medicine that requires a prescription, it's tied to a real prescription issued through Colenva, not a self-declared checkbox at checkout.

Batch and expiry tracking, built in from day one

Every unit of stock is tracked by batch and expiry date. Stock is picked on a first-expiry-first-out basis, and anything past its expiry is automatically blocked from being sold, before a human even has to catch it.

A verified chain from pick to delivery

Orders move through a defined pick, verify, pack and dispatch process, with delivery tracking and proof of delivery at the end. Nothing skips a step to save time.

Settlements you can actually reconcile

Every payout to a pharmacy or fulfilment partner reconciles back to specific transaction IDs. No lump-sum payments with no paper trail behind them.

Why this matters

For patients, it means an order that's harder to get wrong. For pharmacy and fulfilment partners, it means a payout they can actually verify against real transactions. For everyone, it means a supply chain built for what medicine actually requires, not one adapted from a system built for something else entirely.

We're still building this. But the foundation is designed around one idea: healthcare commerce needs to be controlled and auditable by default, not as an afterthought.
