Today, a patient's records live in one app, their prescription in another, and their pharmacy order somewhere else entirely. Doctors juggle separate tools for scheduling, documentation and billing. Clinics, pharmacies and providers all operate on systems that don't talk to each other. Colenva exists to close those gaps, with one platform that carries a patient's, and a provider's, information wherever it needs to go.
Our approach
One ecosystem, not separate apps.
Every product we build, for patients, doctors, clinics, and pharmacy partners, runs on the same shared identity, the same records, and the same order and payment infrastructure. That means a prescription written in a consultation can be filled through the same system, a patient's history follows them between providers with their consent, and a clinic's data stays theirs, wherever they choose to operate.

Every clinical workflow, from consultation structure to prescription rules, is defined and approved by our clinical and pharmacy team before it reaches a doctor or a patient. We build the software; they define the medicine.
Private by design
Consent is captured with a clear purpose and can be withdrawn at any time. Every sensitive action, viewing, editing, or sharing a record, is logged, not just promised to be safe.
One system, every setting
A solo doctor and a multi-branch hospital run on the same core platform, identity, records, scheduling, prescriptions, so nothing fragments as a provider grows or as care moves between settings.
